What's the order procedure?
AFirst we discuss order details, production details by email or Telephone. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 5-10 days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will send photos to you to confirm, and also discuss the shipment details, After the balance has been settled, we will arrange the shipment for you. -

How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
Areplacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment. -

AKvalita je prioritou. Vždy kladieme veľký dôraz na kontrolu kvality od surovín až po samotný konečný produkt. Každý produkt musí byť skontrolovaný našimi pracovníkmi kontroly kvality a prejsť naším centrom testovania výkonu. Naša továreň získala overenie CE a ISO90001.
